Forgive My Crappy Photoshop

This addon fixes the human male mouth that is still to this day not fixed. Hopes it helps some of you folks

the thing is, this edits the VMT rather than the VTF. I can't seem to even locate the VTF itself. I checked both the materials directory and textures directory.
