CleanUI

Description
A cleaner user interface focusing on readability and clarity.

I personally found the interface in this game a bit confusing and busy. A shame since underneath all that there is a really interesting and engaging game. My goal with this mod was to try and remove some of that clutter.

Version history

2020-01-06 - v1.0 - Initial Release.

Future versions

I am currently working on a similar mod for the similarly great game Starpoint Gemini 2. Once that is released i will again return to this and make another update to get both mods on par.

You know what I've always craved? A way to toggle the bloody objectives panel on/off, I hate that thing!

Thanks ... a great game, with some flaws, which never has been resolved from the devs ... at least some modders do. Well done ! ...

Thanks for the feedback guys! There are room for more improvements so i will return with an update when i get the time. And yeah, the shield indicator is still original assets so i haven't touched that yet. (Assets are ok i think, it's more the positioning that is off).

Subscribed and adopted.
More clear than the original UI, I like the darker background and crisp letters, menus are definitely easier to read. However, the radar target are too blocky and look somewhat cheap (second and third pictures). The shield indicator is not round, which tickles my ocd. Still quite useful.
