Enchant Everything

Description
**now updated to allow cloaks to be enchanted**

Do you hate Enchanting slot restrictions in Skyrim as much as I do? Do you hate them even more in Enderal where Enchantment is much more limited?

This mod removes the slot restrictions on all apparel enchantments in Enderal, allowing them to be placed on any piece of clothing or armor.

Want to put Resist Magic on a cuirass? You can. Want to put Fortify Health on boots? Go for it. Want to put Fortify Two-Handed on a shield? You're weird, but, you can!

This mod is almost certainly unbalanced and gamebreaking if exploited hard enough. Standard mod disclaimers apply: I'm not responsible if this mod burns your house down and eats your dog. It probably won't, though.

If it isn't working for some items or enchantments, let me know and I'll try to figure it out.

A user posted a comment here that I accidentally clicked the delete for- but it made some claims about this mod causing CTD when meditating or using spells... I think. I didn't quite understand what they were claiming was happening, and if they could post again and elaborate I would appreciate it. However this mod does not affect the magic system or meditation- or at least it shouldn't.
As I've stated before, all this mod does is create a Form with every armor Keyword on it and then makes every enchantment associated with that form. It shouldn't affect spellcasting at all.

@Phex they change entirely different things.

@Phex - Yes. At least, it does for me

is it compatible with the dual enchant mod ?

Thanks for your hard work, Cool Heavy!

@SaiyanHeretic Whether an enchantment can go on an item isn't determined by the individual items, it's by the keywords on the items. The Kilean Cloak has the same keywords on it as the Garb of the Keeper. I had already tested it, btw.
How this mod works is that every enchantment in the game has a Form associated with it that lists keywords that the pieces it can be enchanted on may have (like ArmorCuirass, ArmorBoots, etc). I created a form that contained every single keyword I could find for armor or clothing and then set every base enchantment to be associated with that form.
I'm not going to say with 100% certainty that ALL wearable unenchanted items in Enderal are enchantable now, but if they aren't it's because they have completely different keywords. If you find an item it doesn't work with please tell me- but please do not ask me to individually double check every single item in the game.

Alright, I uninstalled the mod in the launcher, then unsubscribed, then resubscribed and reactivated it. It works now! Thanks a bunch.

Rated up and added to favorites.

Judging by the screenshot, you've added Garb of the Keeper. But what about the Kiléan Cloak? (I only found it by poking around for unenchanted capes and cloaks in the console.)

If that doesn't work try uninstalling the mod and then redownloading it.

It's working just fine on my end. I've gone ahead and re-reuploaded it.

Make sure in the Enderal launcher that you go to the Workshop tab and click the update button.
