Half-Life 2 SMG sound for UZI

Description
Title says all. Replaces default UZI gunfire sound with the MP7 smg sound from HL2.

This only replaces GUNFIRE sounds. It has not GUNOTHER sounds in it

If you experience weird sounds like screeching I'd recommend to rebuild audio cache.

Any bug or malfunction, please report
