Dump Skills for Extra Skill Points

This mod adds the missing dump skills to the excellent Extra Skill Points mod, found here:

I made this because I got tired of waiting for that mod to be updated after the Potion of Speed update. It adds dump skills to all the new lords and heroes, as well as characters from previous updates which didn't have dump skills, like the Kroxigor Ancient, the Amethyst Wizard and the new Slann lores which came with the Empire Undivided update.
Also, I fixed the fact that the dump skill didn't have text.

This mod is not meant to replace Extra Skill Points but to work alongside it, and won't do anything without that mod installed. When Extra Skill Points is updated, I'll take this down as its work will be done.
