Clutch on in 3 seconds V2

Description
The Version 2 closes the clutch in 3 seconds, too. But the value jumps from 0 to 0.4, rises to 0.8 in 3 s and jumps to 1. I figured out that this works even better.

INPUT: ON/OFF signal from Toggle Button
OUTPUT: Number 0...1 to your Engine Clutch
