You are one of the many trains waiting for clearance over the pass. In a few minutes you will be able to depart from East Berne and head down to Skykomish for a crew change. The weather is bad so be extra careful.Duration: 1 Hour, 20 MinutesDifficulty: Very Hard

its probably also that i live in Ontario Canada witch BNSF has cut all liences with Canada for some strange reason they being bastards

I find it odd that the link isn't working. Try browsing for the pack under the Locomotives tab on the in-game store.

i did that and the only GP38-2 that comes up is the NS high hood locomotive and stevens pass route thats it

No, this scenario requires the original GP38-2 pack released from DTG. You can find it by clicking on the link I posted earlier.
