This mod makes every culture have its own country, and also makes some minor tweaks for balance and plausibility.

The mod as of 2013-11-20 includes:
- Every country is completely homogeneous, with the same culture and no foreign cores
- Some decisions and events have been removed for balance (Burgundian Inheritance, PLC etc.)
- Uncolonized land has remained uncolonized, despite having a culture
- Some cultures such as Karelian, have no country assigned so are given to the primary country for that group (in this case, Finland)
