Last Will

Description
Your uncle has died. Hooray!

This is your chance to become rich. You never knew your uncle, but you have heard stories. He was one of those millionaires who achieved staggering wealth during the development of Victorian England. He was also a bit of a hermit, too focused on his business to have any friends. On his deathbed he surveyed his vast riches and realised that he never took the time to enjoy them. And so he decided to leave his fortune to his most competent relative - the one who is best at enjoying the pleasures money can bring. In his last will, your uncle stated that each surviving relative will receive a certain amount.

Whoever can spend that amount the fastest will get the rest of the fortune. But don't think spending all that money will be as easy as it seems.

Last Will is a competitive spending game, created by Vladimir Suchy & published by Czech Games Edition, that is WAY more challenging than it sounds. Watch your properties fall into ruin, take a horse on a boat ride, and spend nights at the opera while frittering all your cash away in style. 2-5 players, rule book included!

Notes:
- Center boards are setup for a 2-3 person game, they need to be flipped for 4-5 player setup. Middle insert is for games with 3 or 5 players.
- Currently setup with the standard 70 pounds, make sure to deal out new amounts if using the random amount deck.
- Couldn't add snap points to everything, the double sided game boards caused too much overlap.
- The top hat art is courtesy of Monopoly, 'cause I couldn't think of a better solution.
- I've included icon reference tiles next to player boards. Makes it easier to look stuff up.
- Make sure to read the rules on how the special deck (crown backs) is setup & shuffle decks before play!

Hey kelsoisking, I have digitized the expansion Last Will - Getting Sacked. Would you like to add it to your mod?

And today it all loaded fine. >< It's all good I guess, just took 5 loads before it filled in that deck for some reason.

I get the same issue with the tweaked version of this mod with the setup scripts. I'm rather new to TSS mods, so I'm not sure what or how to check the behind-the-scenes on the elements themselves. I'll pull the mod up again and let them sit, see if they ever populate on their own

@Werewolf Kai I've checked it and add some friends check, it seems to be loading fine. I'll look more into it, but it may possibly be a connection issue on your end.

The Helper cards appear to have gone missing, but no error messages are popping up. SEARCHing the deck and letting it sit will eventually fill those images, but they never seem to populate the card fronts themselves.

I can't flip the center boards, they're locked or something? Thanks

Hi, wanted you know that your mod has been added to my collection: Board Game Geek - BGG - May 2020 - Best Mod for each of the Top 500 Rated Games. Collection here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2086043930

The collection used this priority system:

1. Mod's Files Availability: Mod with all/most files still available for download
2. Feature completeness: Mod with greatest inclusion of expansions and/or promos available for the board game title
2. Scripting: Mod with scripting that most reduces work in setup/play for players
3. Component Quality: Mod with the best visuals/usability in terms of component quality
4. Table Setup/Ambiance: Mod with the best immersion with table, background, and other modeling.

Please also note that a mod that makes selection for this list very well could be one in which the mod author borrowed the majority of assets from another workshop listing, so full thanks to all who worked on a mod.

Thanks for your hard work!
