Stuff of nightmares - the most horrific asset on Cities Skylines! Now, not only the citizens of Tokyo stuck in traffic jams are afflicted by this - so are my citizens - LOVE IT!!! Thank you

@hero9802 The purpose of this truck is to run around the your city with noise pollution. The road maintenance was just right for that.

+ I can only recall that truck from the movie 'Weathering With You'.
