This is Iona from the anime / manga Areggio of Blue Steel.

This model was originally commissioned for my SuspectGaming Server Network but considering that that one is over I decided to release it to the workshop.

That is actually from my TTT Server. I had a lot of custom models for it which I now upload since I don't run a gmod server anymore.

@KazumiYoshikawa It was the nicest looking model that I found back in the day and the only one I have. So rather unlikely.
