Cheat - Calm Hostages

Description
Stops bomb vest hostages running towards you, and stops Detonator ♥♥♥♥ to exploding them after he's shot.

If you just want to lower the chances, REBALANCE sets them to 10% and 30% respectively (down from 25 and 40)

Instructions
Enable from the Workshop menu in-game.

RESTART YOUR GAME AFTER ENABLING.

Conflicts
Will conflict with mods that change:
  • media/levels/data/actors_data.xml
  • media/scripts.xml
This includes my Extended Twinkie mod, which also affects scripts.xml.
