I think it is amazing that modders are still putting great civs out there! Thank you for creating another dutch civ. Here's some feedback from my playtest:
UA - Trading and conquering… interesting. The Spice should compensate for the loss of luxury when you choose to take that +5% exp. Honestly I doubt when it’s worth it to trade away last copies for that extra exp. Especially during war and when you conquer cities happiness is important. I do like the +2 gold for trading luxes and gaining a unique lux.
UU1 – East Indiaman - Love it! Nice and simple, thematic and effective.
UU2 – Opperhoofd – Fits the theme of trade routes, piling up your gold. Very nice! There’s a typo here: “perctange”
