Description
La Skib Juice Bar as a leisure center (a bar).
Original author Raccoon and his asset

For those who would like to have it as a leisure type and not just commercial building.
Not commenting on personal aesthetics of other great users. I'm just testing how Assets Editor works and that's quite a terrible beast.

This asset's version size is 1x2.

There are 2 more items to download, I can't get them on the required list. It's quite hard to find them when they have different names to the ones in workshop (my assumption).

This asset is also an attempt to fill in the gap where there are hardly any cafes or bars that would simply pop up around the city, or be placed as a ploppable; all because of the missing prop in this asset:

188 tris (Original model has 164 tris - very nice Raccoon!).

Yeah I already had the decal, and ofc as is always the way, I immediately saw both in your description the moment you pointed them out to me.

It was just a case of can't see the wood for the trees. But no point deleting my comment, otherwise the thread will be out of sync with your reply.

I always read carefully, but I never noticed that link when I downloaded the asset, nor did I notice it when I came back to add the missing asset in the comments lol

hmm i really hope u asked author for permission to upload it, in my personal opinion u ruined an asset as biggest plus of original asset is it's modular design allowing player to use it in many many different ways and decorate as needed , not to mention u r using here custom props and bushes which r not listed as dependencies ....
