Hot & Cold (TMJ 2020) - Title Screen Replacement

this is a mod for AHIT Discord's Temperature Modding Jam 2020 that replaces the original background with hot and cold themed background including the new logo.
It also has a Mod Configuration where you can Add The Mod Jam Logo, Toggle the "Select Logo Version" Menu and Remove the NPCs.
