I had an idea ...
Is it a ship, a submarine or a underwater Jetfighter?

Adjust drive depth for fast speed ;)

no wind: 130 m/s underwater
In stormy conditions it cuts through the waves with up to 90 m/s and is very stable.
Reduce RPS in heavy sea to around 20 RPS in high waves
