(just in case you didn't know)
The mod is very old, and is thus modelled and animated to our standards back then, which are quite different from nowadays. One of those for example was that i kept animation files very big, with over 1200 frames for this one, which makes it extremely laggy.
If we changed the bolt, i'd have to edit the carbine animations in that file (which are the same but made faster) to fit, which would be very hard due to the file playing at like 15FPS.
Meanwhile, if it was remade (unlikely for now though), it'd be animated by making several files, which is way less laggy and doesn't occupy that much more space on the PC or even on the mod file.
But there's still some mistakes you made such as modelling C96 Mauser with a M712 fire selector
and naming German ex-norwegian Krag Jorgensen to "Gewehr 312(d)" (Which is just one of the random German ex-danish krag but still does not look like a Danish krag) despite it would've been simply named instead "Gewehr 211(n)"
