Alucard from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night

I have finally been able to make a second character for RoE and I added my second favorite game character Alucard. I hope you like him and feel free to tell me if you find any problems.

////////////Moves List//////////////

Side B: A command grab that throws straight down. Not useful on stage but is a guaranteed kill off stage. If you miss it sends you into free fall, but if you land it you get your double jump back.
Down B: A very low frame teleport, can be used for pressure.
Neutral B: Hellfire, A pretty strong projectile but has a good amount of start up
Up B: A vertical jump that doesn't go very high but it does it's job

Down Air: Works just like PM ZSS Dair, It sends you and your opponent up if you hit it. has very low end lag if you land.
Up Air: A pretty standard up air, but it has a very strong hitbox at the tip, but its hard to land

Down Strong: Again pretty standard, the tip has a spike that can only hit arial opponents.

Dash Attack: Can cancel into all grounded normals

Everything else doesn't have anything of note
