Health Drainers

Description
A couple of Sweps that can be used to heal yourself and damage enemies. Contains a version for health and armor, with a pistol version of both.

Could you make like a menu for superadmin+ to use that can drain health from a specific player. (It can be set to how much it drains per second or when it drains health)

Can you make the "Health Drainer" more like a Continuous Beam type weapon, it would be litteraly a Health Drain at that point.
