Dragon Island

An island in the Pacific near the equator that the Japanese took over during WWII. The Japanese put some indusrt on the island to help it be self-sufficient, although the Americans found the island and bombarded it but never invaded, leaving many stranded to starve. After the war the USA annexed the island. In recent years the USA has wanted to build up the island and make it a state with Guam and other islands. Be aware I just made all that up, this island is not real.
