黄巾学者，立绘修改。Yellow turban scholar 1.71OK

UI MOD ,change the Yellow turban scholar clothes and face,
This mod until 1.71 is no problem,

when make an UI mod ,just need change pictures. so when you use two mod,one change zhengjiang, other one also change zhengjiang ,that maybe have problem , some mod Just head,some change total body`pictures.
But this one just change yellow turban`scholar, not easy have problem.so stop leave "update"to make other guys confusion. thx.

before one guy see "update",he take this picture and remake this mod,waste his time. not good :)
