[inspired by cod ghosts: safeguard]
all bullets are loaded(no more reloading)
FIRE AT WILL!!!!

smgs have 700 bullets
m16 → 410
ak47 → 400
scar → 420
sg552 → 410
grenade launcher → 31
whatever their max ammo is = how much is now in mag

this would be soo much better as a mutation to actually replicate the perk, but i don't know how to do that right now.. just maybe in the future.
