New vehicle pricing formulas

Description
This mod tries to replicate the vehicle pricing formula used by the game, with some useful features added.
Right now it only supports Trains, Wagons, Buses/Trucks, and Trams.

** Note, sometimes the price is apparently way off from vanilla, but the real difference is in the range 0-5% affecting more the extremes of the various parameters. **
** One slight issue comes with the multi-unit trains where the difference can be as high as 10%, but that depends on how the multi-units prices are calculated and there's not much I can do without having the UG formula in my hands.**

The new features add tweacking variables to the price, editing the mod.lua (Located in "steamapps\workshop\content\1066780\1977538184\"):
* Too expensive? Apply discounts by changing the "*discount" variables
* Using a capacity multiplier mod? Increase the "capdis" variables to allow you to suffer less or no extra charges for those extra cargo slots
* Using a mod that maxes out Wagon speeds? Increase the "spddis" variable, and prices are relaxed

This mod should apply these calculations to any modded vehicles you've added, unless the modder set a stated price - however, this mod may need to be last on the list to do so

Some examples:
Tank car (wagon, speed 160 km/h - capacity 20): vanilla 2.002.268 / new price 1.920.000 (-4,28%)
Another tank car (wagon, speed 120 km/h - capacity 15): vanilla 1.085.742 / new price 1.080.000 (-0,83%)
40 tons tank truck (truck, speed 100 km/h - capacity 30): vanilla 921.268 / new price 915.000 (-0,69%)
Urban E-truck (truck, speed 70 km/h - capacity 20): vanilla 424.104 / new price 427.000 (+0,68%)
BE 5/6 Cobra (tram, speed 60 km/h - capacity 45): vanilla 816.234 / new price 823.500 (+0,89%)
BR 185 (engine, speed 160 km/h - power 4200 Kw): vanilla 16.424.862 / new price 16.422.000 (-0,02%)
Siemens Vectron (engine, speed 200 km/h - power 6400 Kw): vanilla 25.916.284 / new price 25.920.000 (+0,01%)
TGV (multi-unit, speed 300 km - power 6450 Kw - capacity 162): vanilla 58.324.392 / new price 54.299.990 (-6,90%)

Feedback and bug reports welcome, feel free to offer suggestions and ideas,

Many thanks to LTDX for the capacity calculation (I would never find that value without your smart math).

I already figured it out. The default value for maint is 6.

I have a question. Reading the mod discription I expect the the mod only to adjust the buying prices of vehicles, but if I activate this mod my running costs are about 1/5 of default running cost. I would like my running cost to be lower, but not that much.

When I looked at the mod.lua I noticed a value called maint which is set to 7.5. I would like to know what the default value would be so I might change it to get more desired values.

erscal, would it be possible to set a price variation based on the type of engine? eg; steam vs diesel.

One...two...three...four...calm down........
Sorry guys, too much gamejumping, and that was the result.....

I corrected the description, the path is "steamapps\workshop\content\1066780\1977538184\".
I won't reupload the mod again not to break anyone's game, I'll add a V2 a bit later when/if the performance issues are resolved.

Sorry again :(

@markdeakin14 The path given is using the TpF1 ID of 446800. Replace that with the TpF2 ID of 1066780.

Hey, I'm having trouble finding the folder you mentioned. Doesn't seem to be in that location. Could the number have changed?

@Rafn
Why not...and don't worry about ineptitude, I would call it "just a duh moment" :P

I will add what you're requesting soon, I just don't want to break other's games as an update would revert the settings to default for everyone.
Maybe a V2 version.....
