The Floating Rocks Resort

Description
Well, since I figured out how to continue updating my original map, there's no more need to mess with this one. I guess I'll keep it around though, just in case.

Can you reverse engineer that asteroid? i'll try myself, the critical things are it's seed and it's offset...

From there it should be possible to cerate a mod to add it to the spawns list or spawn it manually...

This world no longer loads as of update 1.11.

I found out that THIS beautiful station was removed from the SpawnGroups.sbc file and cannot spawn during exploration mode. I have, however, created many links back to THIS page (and the other page where this city is included) so that players can explore "what did exist".

I had two derelict stations on my list as "Impossible to Find"....

Well, I just found one of the two in-game.....lol. "Station 531"!!!!

The last one to find IS: Platform 5546 (The Floating Rocks Resort)
Here is a link to the page where I forced it into the game without its asteroid:

I hope to actually find it in-game and publish it as a "world" complete with the asteroid.

In regards to "The derelict is also missing the accompanying asteroid..." my new understanding is that the asteroids are manipulated in separately.

I DID NOT find your station during exploration mode. Congrats on making it into the game, though! Here is a snapshot of the blue-print that I captured (through alternate means):

The derelict is also missing the accompanying asteroid that appears to have been deleted during the "trials". Read the above link, though, as it contains a possible explanation as to why this derelict is IN the game, but impossible to find by normal conventions.

Your derelict has made it into a new category of derelict designs:

Quick question...What platform number does your station default to when copied?

Theres an easier way to parallelize your shuttle - just slap some engines and a gyroscope anywhere on it so you can maneuver it to align it with your "rail" and when you make it's moving forward and backward straight enough - just remove all unnecessary engines (and gyroscope too) so it won't move away from the line. That's how I did it.

Hey! I love your map and I screw around on it a lot :D Just seeing things... not braking that tower in half thats for sure :D

Anyways I have a question. I really liked that shuttle of yours (moving on a fixed "rail") and I tried to make one myself, but I failed to make it parallel to the rail so far. I tried to place the first block of the shuttle parallel to the rail, but appeareantly I failed to do so... Is their a way to make it parallel or do I have to make a whole new shuttle? I guess I'll stand on something this time to be sure I'm parallel... (why didn't I think of turning off the Jetpacks for the first time)
