Planetary Respawn Rover EEM

NOTE: This is a very specific respawn ship!

It disables all Vanilla and EEM respawn ships and only allows to spawn on the Planet Earth with the planetary rover.

The rover brings all starting tools, weapon and magazines. Also the materials to start a small base.

Better played without spawning with tools on character.

Loading order:
This mod MUST be on top of EEM (When using the in-game mod manager or the official dedicated server tool. For torch is the other way around).
