Ashina:
All units heal up to 50 hit points when they eliminate a unit.

All cities with more than 10 population +50% Science, +10 Royalty, population decreases growth by 20%.

Builders receive 3 additional charges, and lose 10 health per turn. (But won’t die)

Combat victories provide Faith equal to twice of the Combat Strength of the defeated unit.

Receive 150 Faith when placing a Holy Site District. All Rock Bands gain "Religious Rock" Promotion.

[Cultural City-State]
Sakuragaoka Academy:
New cities receive a free Rock Band. All Rock Bands gain "Indie" Promotion after "Cold War" Civic.
