Westeros from Game of Thrones.
Technically it's a little more than Westeros alone. To get as much of Westeros in the map as I wanted I had to include the western most side of Esos too…

I like making fantasy maps, if you haven't figured that out by now. After some of the comments on my Warcraft map about how the land was too flat and the mountains not being realistic enough, I thought I'd try some new techniques and create from a more "realistic" map setting.
The result is still a map steeped in fantasy, with, I hope, more realistic slopes, mountains and transitions.

The map is designed to be played with both the Industries DLC and the 81 tiles mod, though neither are necessary to play the map. There's a highway and multiple interchanges running north-south. Plenty of resources for industry and flowing mountain rivers for dams. I've listed a lot of tree assets for this map, all of them are optional, but they will enhance the experience. I've used a number of different trees to vary the landscape from mountain to desert. If you want to continue that variation in your game, then these assets are a must.
Check after the features list for which of the mods are required and optional!

- All but the top right squares viable when using 81 tiles.
