Teleporters

Description
Adds a teleporter structure and teleportation wand.
The teleporters transport you to the next one in an arbitrary order. To get to a specific teleporter, keep trying until you cycle through to it.
The teleportation wand lets you teleport to your cursor, consuming 5 energy in the process.
The wand can be crafted from the Forge, both are unlocked by Physics.

Unlocking is done through a workaround, detecting if the Power Plant is unlocked. In case unlocking fails (or if you want to skip it for some reason), there's a /teleportersUnlockTech command that unlocks both the wand and teleporter immediately.

I have the same problem as @neobind.
So i try to describe it better.

I have an Ultrawide Monitor, so i have black bars on the left and on the right.
Then i just teleported myselves in that black part of my world.
Now i am stuck and i cant use any of my wands or other things to get back.

If more informations are needed, i would be pleased to help.

@neobind: I'd like to help, but unless the teleporters sent you outside the map, sounds like it's not a bug with my mod.
If you get teleported by a teleporter or the wand out of bounds, I'd appreciate more information on how it happened, so that I can try to figure out what went wrong.
Otherwise, since you gave me no further information, I have no reason to believe it was my fault and it might've just as well been caused by another mod or the game itself :/

as in the void i mean outside the worlds bounds
and I cant do any action and i cant even scroll through items, or use them either
