上海市人民英雄纪念塔建筑面积1.6万平方米，建成于1993年，是为了缅怀自1840年以来为解放上海而献出生命的革命先烈而建成的纪念性建筑。她位于外滩黄浦公园内，在黄浦江与苏州河的交汇处。
