Modern Lakehouse Environment Mod

Because of issues with the Ski Nautique spawning in or below where it's supposed to spawn, I've recently moved the boat over.

This environment mod comes with three main items!

-Functional Small Boat (Found here )
-Large Lakehouse
-Dock


For those who don't know where Olsen Bay is, the coordinates are 21897, 11016 .

For those who don't know how to active a mission/environment mod: When you create a world and scroll under the "customise world" title, there's a button that takes you an "enabled playlists" screen. If you click on the "workshop" tab, there's a list of playlists that you've subscribed to from the workshop. If the mod isn't already enabled, click on it to enable it.
