New Epic Fetus costume!

Did you ever notice that the Epic Fetus item has the same costume sprite than Dr. Fetus? Well those days are over now.

This mod adds a new costume for the Epic Fetus item. This includes
- character exclusive costumes ||(Blue Baby, Apollyon, Dark Judas, Azazel(kinda), the Lost, the Forgotten and the Soul)||,
- supports Lilith
- has color variants of the costumes for most of the characters (if they need it),
- and supports items which grant the player flying (like Fate, Lord of the Pit, A Pony and White Pony)
- customize Azazal's hat through the debug console! Type in 'newHat' to change it back and forth.

Please keep in mind that there could be some overlapping with other costumes. Should something conflict too much, then please report it. This way I can try to fix it :)

Modded character update! (04.18.20)
- added custom variants/support for
Mei, Samael, the Drawn, the Locked, the Charred (kinda), Rebekah, Adam (CRR), Ash, and Glare(kinda)
- a new console command “onlyHat“ so that modded characters only wear the hat costume. This goes for ever other modded character than the ones mentioned above + Mei.
a new console command “glare“ to enable his costume variant for his grey form.
