Light Blue Adrenaline

Description
This is a simple mod I created while messing around with weapon reskins. I ended up really liking how the end result of this looked, so I decided to add it to the Workshop so other people could potentially enjoy. All this mod does is change the color of the adrenaline shot from orange to light blue.
