[TFA][AT] NDM-86

Description
The NDM-86 manufactured by Norinco. Basically a Chinese clone of the popular Russian SVD Dragunov. Comes with a PKS-7 scope.

Model, sounds, and PKS-7 orignally by 263kbps, ported from the Insurgency workshop.

The scope is just a large error sign in third-person, but a nice rifle altogether.
