Norman Civilization

Description
Adds the Normans as a playable civilization, led by 'William the Conqueror'. The Normans do not replace any other Civs, though some French City Names have been edited, for example to make Rouen Normandy's Capital.

Normans
Leader: William the Conqueror

UA: Holy Wars
Receive a Motte and Bailey upon conquest and all Melee units get a 50% City Attack Bonus.

UU: Crusader Knight
Replaces Knight. Is 24 Strength (4 strength stronger than the Knight). Gets a bonus outside of friendly lands and can build a Fort.

UB: Motte and Bailey
Replaces Castle. Is available much earlier than the Castle, being unlocked at Engineering, and increases City Strength more.

Requires Gods and Kings and BNW

Crusader bonus was offered to my Japanese Spearmen. Minor bug but I hope it gets ironed out maybe.

Will this mod conflict with JFD's kingdom of France mod which also modifies vanilla france?

wow the workshop has normandy, all sorts of ancient viking civs, but it doesn't have anglo-saxon england from 1066 scenario :c

I stopped to play cause this Faction is way too much over-powered...
Ok, Normans is the best Civilization in the world but... The buff is kind of stupid thing ^^

But anyways, making a Norman civilization was an awesome idea ;)

Seriously, though, I'm happy to see this. I do Norman-era reenactment, it's nice to see someone paying attention to them.

Crusader was available on my non-Norman warrior as it's _first_ promotion. I ended up putting crusader on every unit in the first instance, since it is more than twice the bonus of either Drill or Shock. In my opinion 1) It should be reduced to 20% or less; 2) It shouldn't be available until you have Theology, 3) Check that the prerequisite promotion for non-Norman units is working
