Chad Item Gambler

Description
Are you sick of that virgin item gambler who hides in the shadow? Are you sick of him taking your items for almost no power increase but in fact a guaranteed power decrease?

This mod turns that virgin into a Chad. Now when ever you gamble with him you have a 75% chance of a duplicate. A 30% chance of another duplicate and a 15% chance of a fourth duplicate.

Why gamble for a single item when you can gamble for 4 duplicates of a single item!?

Do note that it's impossible to get the 'Legendary Winnings' achievement while using this mod.
