[TFA][AT] Remington R5 (Black)

Description
A black version of the Remington R5 from Call of Duty: Ghosts originally made by Ghost_Lead_OneSix, ported from the Insurgency workshop with model animations fixed by YuRaNnNzZZ.
Also adds one new sight, the Tracker.
