Increases prestige required for the next faction rank by 30%. Works for all factions, including Yellow Turban, Eight Princes, Mandate of Heaven, and A World Betrayed.

The prestige required for the FIRST rank up has not been changed, so it does not increase the time it takes to get the first quest line finished.
