@LegsDay You can use the Advanced Building Level Control mod to stop them from upgrading.

They need props, decor, trees, fences and bushes ....... but other then that whenever I use this, once they level up houses form other packs start leaking in. so they "upgrade" into much smaller houses that r clearly different styles :steamsad:
