Recycle Skillbooks

Description
This mod allows you to use skillbooks indefinitely so you no longer have to wait to get a copy for your friends/party.

This should work for skillbooks in overhauls or class mods, and load order should not matter.

Note: All characters are restricted to just 1 copy of any given skillbook, if you pick up another one it'll be destroyed.

Can you make the skillbook value 0 after it's used once?

Still working as of 11/2/2020.

Thanks for this very useful and convenient mod Virato.

Does not recycle skillbooks used in crafting unfortunately but still a useful mod. Something to keep in mind while crafting.

@Bromantic actually, it's been a while since I've played, but on my last playthrough with around 30 mods it didn't actually remove the additional copies. That is, because of some interaction with the mods, using a skillbook for a skill you already know would actually grant you an extra copy. Not really an issue, but could be exploited to sell for extra cash.

@Armakus, what exactly happened when you used? I could take a look at it and see if I can fix it.
