Works on Exiled Lands and Siptah maps.

A simple mod that allows players to craft editable notes that ignore land claims. Perfect for RP communities to leave messages at other player bases.
Notes are breakable for convenience.

This mod adds:
New Feat: Scribe (costs 1 feat point)
New Craftable Items: Bulletin and Letter

-Small file size.
-This mod does not change any base game files.

I've gotten several messages, so just to clarify... As far as I'm aware, the mod works as intended. It hasn't been updated because it hasn't been necessary. I haven't gotten any reports that it doesn't work after game updates, and haven't had any issues when I have tested it. Its designed to work unless they fundamentally change the knowledge/crafting system. Happy note-leaving!

Tested on Siptah server and seems to be working as normal.
