Naval Upgrades ( By Blood Alone )

Description
All hulls will now have the bare minimum of required modules, so you can actually make a navy from scratch. Upgrade outdated hulls to newer hulls, though in the interest of realism, just call it a major refit.

Updated it to 1.9.3, to match base carrier hull change from the patch.

Updated for 1.10, only change was making sure Bulgaria could not produce ships with army restrictions.

Updated for No Step Back, 11.3.0.

Updated for By Blood Alone, 1.12.3

Designing superheavies are broken due to paradox redefining heavy armor for ships. I've already implemented a fix on my version of the mod, and if anyone else wants to know how here are the steps:
1. Open the mod files via the game launcher
2. Find the "equipment" folder (The path should look like this -> common\units\equipment)
3. Open "ship_hull_heavy.txt"
4. Go to line 528 and replace "ship_super_heavy_armor" with "ship_heavy_armor"
5. Save, close the file, launch the game

would you update this mod for 1.12 update? paradox seems have changed the define of equip-slots, like allowed_module_categories = { ship_light_battery ship_medium_battery} was changed to allowed_module_categories = { ship_light_battery dp_light_battery ship_light_medium_battery ship_medium_battery}, which made it unable to fit some modules.

@mkwal22 that sounds more like a basegame issue as opposed to purely from this mod, aka, can't fix that, sorry.

You should always be able to refit annexed ships, but you might need to use the refit button on the top bar, as you cannot label an annexed ship design as outdated.

Hey I've noticed a minor thing with the mod. It seems like a lot of the time ships will lose their name after a refit and go to the generic name scheme for the ship type. I don't know if thats just some weird interaction while it changes hull type or if its a fixable thing. Mod works great otherwise for making old designs more useful as the game progresses
