Easier Smithing: Weapons

I have togive credit to Hugh G. Rection who told me i should make this mod like the other Easier Smithing mod.

This mod makes smithing weapons easier so that you just need the ingot required to make the weapon, no leather or leather strips required. The only weapons i didn't change were skyforge weapons. If you are confused look at the pictures.
