Add Custom Cells to Quick Build Menu

Adds a one block solitary cell, as well as Cells ranging from quality 0 to quality 10.

BUG: Solitary Cell doors remain Left to Right when solitary room are built with top to bottom entry. Doors refuse to rotate with r or center mouse button, altho room will rotate prebuild with the same keys.
