Safe Zones - Reduced Power Usage & 24H Zone Chips
Disclamer: This mod was created for a private server but you may use it at will.

What does it do:
This mod changes the safe zone power draw and the zone chip time. Maximum power usage is reduced from 300MW to 100MW and minimum power usage is reduced from 5MW to 1MW. The zone chip time is increased from 60 minutes to 24 hours.

does not seem to work, either due to the tiered tech or some other issues. Neither power nor zone chip time is changed. Tried with only this mod, tried with this and the other 2 mods from you.

The power reduction is working on my server but the increased zone chip timer is not.

Both mods edit the same file so it does need a seperate mod to combine the two features.
No the mod is not updated for the latest version. I will probably update it in the comming week.

Why does there have to be a separate mod to combine both of these? Does one mod have code break the other and this is just to combine both?

why does it say it needs DLC? last time i checked the safe zone was base game.

If you mean dedicated server then yes but the dedicated server has to have it installed
