Wu Kingdaissance - More Powerful AI V4.8.0

This is an add-on mod of Wu Kingdaissance. It is recommended that you use it along Wu, though it can work on its own as well.

This mod simply gives all AI some buff so the game becomes more challenging and interesting:
1. 25% increase in aura range
2. 25% increase in fatigue resistance
3. 25% decrease in ability cooldown
4. 50% increase in character experience
5. 100% decrease in satisfaction decreasing due to high level
6. 50% decrease in character salary
7. 20% decrease in army upkeep cost
8. AI's newly recruited retinue will be at least level 5

It means that enemy generals are a bit stronger in battle though generals duel should not be affected too much, and AI will have a higher chance of keep their generals rather than firing them.

Please note that this mod is still at its experimental phase and more changes will be made to it based on reflections.
