No Cut Efficiency for Unique Phoenix Armor

NOTE: The armor in the Unique Phoenix Armor mod is separate from the armor worn by the Holy Lord Phoenix in an unmodded game. So, despite the fact that the No Cut Efficiency mod changes every piece of vanilla armor with cut efficiency, it does not change the armor in the Unique Phoenix Armor mod.

This is a continuation of the No Cut Efficiency mod to remove cut efficiency from Unique Phoenix Armor, an armor mod by Stupendous Man.

This mod does not supply the armor. It only modifies the Cut Efficiency and Cut Resistance of that mod's armors. As such, make sure you subscribe to the armor mod here:

Simply place this mod below Unique Phoenix Armor in your mod load order. No importing required.

The following are my measurements and calculations in case anyone wants to double check them. (Note: The number in parenthesis is how it should appear in-game as Kenshi rounds them up or down.)
