h4e Town Buildung Capacity x0.5

Description
Public alpha. First test, there may be problems, please report problems if any. It is best to use the appropriate stdout.txt from the crash.

The Mod h4e Town Building Capacity x0.5 multiplies the capacity of all residential buildings by 0.5 and thus reduces the number of residents per house by half, which should mean larger city generations, relieve traffic and, above all, protect performance in a certain way.

In order to be able to use this mod in a functional manner, the Mod h4e Packages API must first be subscribed. With a new game, it must be ensured that the Packages API is activated first, then only the remaining mods that I have developed. The same also applies to the use in savegames, but here the building capacity should only become active in newcomers after the mod has been inserted, buildings that do not change will therefore remain at their capacity.

Is there a possibility to increase the capacity of all buildings in town? So I'm looking for the exact opposite what this mod does :)

Similar experience here - town footprint stays largely the same and buildings just level up quicker when what I really want is more sprawl.

Strangely enough there seems to be barely any growth even when I edit the town size. Getting 742 residents here on a town with a target population of 1871 and it's not going up at all.

My findings: it doesn't really seem to increase the total number of buildings in a town much, but it does increase the amount of tall tower blocks and skyscrapers. That's precisely what I'd hoped to avoid. I hate seeing those.

Fascinating. Will be very interested to see how this affects my game.

You can see the devolpers have kept numbers down in the game itself while increasing travel requirements over TPF1. This should improve on that while giving us a bigger looking township. Thank you
