Simple Stun Mod

Description
Another mod that turn npcs and players into ragdolls.
Players can stun enemies by pressing E on enemies' back.
Victims can also be stunned by damage.
Three extra SWEPs.
You can drag, throw and damage stunned person.

I know many people has already made it,this is my own version.

ConVars:
There are too many, change them in Utilities Menu.
