Научно-исследовательский институт химической промышленности. (секретное обозначение ГНИИ-42). Начиная с 1970-х годов разрабатывал химическое оружие массового поражения. На данный момент в России называется ФГУП "ГосНИИОХТ" - государственный научно-исследовательский институт общей химической технологии.
- 660 рабочих
- 500 профессоров
- 6 студентов на ученого.

Обновление 14.09.2020 - полностью заново сделана модель с учетом всех реальных масштабов. Также пересмотрены горящие окна - теперь светятся только на лестницах.
Изменено количество рабочих с 960 на 660.
Новая потрясающая детализация. Новая текстура. Возможность надписи на здании!

Обновление 17.12.2020:
Добавлены фонарики по периметру, добавлена анимация строительства. Добавлена автобусная остановка, автомобильное соединение.
Вдвое снижено число рабочих и профессоров. Количество студентов на одного профессора снижено с 8 до 2.
Переработана схема освещаемости, изменена надпись на здании, изменена стоимость и материалы для постройки здания.
Исправлены некоторые баги с пустой текстурой на полигоне.
Незначительно улучшена модель здания.

Research Institute of the Chemical Industry. (secret designation RSI-42). Since the 1970s, he developed chemical weapons of mass destruction. At present, in Russia it is called the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "GosNIIOKhT" - a state research institute of general chemical technology.

Update 09/14/2020 - the model was completely re-made, taking into account all real scales. Also, the lighting windows have been revised - now they only glow on the stairs.
Changed the number of workers from 960 to 660.

New stunning detalization. New texture. Possibility of writing on the building!
Update 17.12.2020:
Added flashlights along the perimeter, added construction animation. Added bus stop, car connection.
The number of workers and professors has been halved. The number of students per professor has been reduced from 8 to 2.
Reworked the lighting scheme, changed the inscription on the building, changed the cost and materials for building the building.
Fixed some bugs with empty texture on the polygon.
The building model has been slightly improved.

Добрый день. Спасибо за мод. В описании стоит добавить что он находиться в Москве, шоссе Энтузиастов, 23. Конечно в игре его можно засунуть куда игроку захочется, но все же для тех кто любить реалистичность и хотят знать что и откуда хорошо бы.

Hi, hmm, no, my pc rule is: Don`t touch any file if you are not 150% sure of what you are doing ,-)... but, no problem, I can wait ,-)9.. because of the pix: I don`t know how it works here, nothing, steam is just a miracle for me.. but I can send some pix of your mods in my game to a normal mail-ad... But, I`m not sute if that`s sooo interesting 4 you.. but, okay, you can have a nice comparison of hte 2 versions of that GNII-42 in a game if you want to have that, no problem..

You can go to the folder where the textures of this modder are located and change the textures yourself)

Great! I think I have one district only - or mostly - with your mods, the "Psycho- and Biological Warfare District" ,-))... I think if it`s "only" the texture / lightning what should be changed, it`s should be done, if the modell itself is great! Otherwise it`s very pity... not less, not more..

For example I "wait" since a year or so, that another really dedicated modder will desaturate his colours a bit... I like the MODELS very much, but.. yeah, puhh ,-)

But, well, by the way: I know, that everything here is voluntary made.. and for free!.. so, in any case -so or so - a big thanks for all this real serious work !

mariuslilju, Now maybe not. In the USSR, it was precisely developed (not produced, but developed)
