To make this asset modulair, extend mainroad (six lane road) by 9 units. (2x four by four house and a walking path) And then connect small two lane roads. (dont forget your walking paths)

Very easy to place next to each other to the right and up. Unable to the left and down. Unsubscribing only because of the layout. Thank you for sharing, I had fun testing this out. RECOMMENDED FOR NEW PLAYERS.
